Beverly was assigned to us when we moved to Georgia. We did not buy a home then. She was so helpful in our search for rentals in the Suwanee area. Seven months later, when we decided to buy a home, we simply called Beverly. We did not even consider any of the numerous offers we had from other agents by then. I must admit that we had several rahter contradictory expectations between my husband and me. Beverly took the time to research properties and accommodate all those eccentricities. Thanks Beverly. Beverly's attention to detail and the keen desire to cater specifically to a client's needs was impressive. Her enthusiasm about Suwanee is infectious. We not only rented here, we bought our home here and love it here. I'd reccommend Beverly to any friend as she is a very client centered realtor. She has great energy and a ton of patience. Beverly is very knowledgeable about short sell and foreclosures in addition to her expertise in contracts and closing. We also find her very pleasant to work with, very responsive to our inquiries through the entire process. I knew she is the person we want to work with from our first contact. We have bought and sold 10 homes in my lifetime, she is by far, the best agent We have worked with.

We have highly recommended Beverly Hart to friends/co-workers. My family relocated to the Suwanee area almost two years ago so the area was brand new to our family. Beverly took her time with our family making sure we found a home that was in a perfect area for us. We felt like her first priority. If we did not care for something, no worries, we would search until we did. She made our realtor/client relationship comfortable and easy! Her name is very fitting, she truly does have the Hart for real estate and her clients!!!
