Beverly was truly exceptional and I cannot begin to express my gratitude. I am impressed with her level of knowledge, responsiveness, and her seamless presentation throughout the entire experience.
As first time home buyers that were brand new to Charlotte we were incredibly nervous walking into the process. We had talked to several agents prior to meeting Beverly and none were able to make us feel confident in their ability to be more than just ‘good enough’. From my first conversation with Beverly I knew that she would be an excellent agent. She knows Charlotte, NC and the surrounding areas like the back of her hand and was able to suggest the perfect areas within our budget.
The amount of time and effort she put into taking care of us since day one was incredible. She spent her entire evening educating me, house shopping for my family, and truly getting to know us as a couple to better understand our needs.
The next day we met after work hours at home number one and she was incredibly straightforward and honest about the pros and cons of the house. She was able to bring things to my attention I may have never considered without attending several walk-through’s. She even had several home packets prepped and even mapped out where to visit next to ensure we didn’t get stuck in rush hour traffic or do unnecessary back and forth driving which we appreciated very much.
With Beverly’s knowledge and understanding of our needs she was able to find us the perfect home. She assisted with negotiations, scheduling the inspection, stayed in communication with us daily, provided real time updates from the seller, loan officer and lawyer. Working with Beverly has been an absolute pleasure. She’s a wonderful conversationalist, strategist, and negotiator. My family will be forever grateful that she has helped us find the perfect starter home.

Beverly was a dream come true for my husband and I. This purchase was our first home and we wanted something special for our family. We did not have the best experience in the past with a realtor so when we spoke with Beverly we were sold. She listened to us in detail and delivered on what we were looking for. Price, location, and great schools was a must for us. We were so ready to settle and Beverly would not let us have anything short of what we asked for. She’s so responsive! We even have young children that would have to tag along at times to look at homes and Beverly was a complete natural. What appreciate most was how knowledgeable she was and the homework she does. I had the pleasure of working with Beverly for roughly a year. I found her on Instagram and loved that she was into investment properties and also helped with buying personal homes. As a travel nurse it can be hard to find a lender/realtor that understands how our work schedule can be. However Mrs. McCullough was there for every challenge. She is very knowledgeable and has a passion in finding a home that meets most of your needs, if not all. When I decided to look into getting my personal property before my investment she change gears with easy. When one lender was giving me a hard time and unable to get the deal closed. Beverly advocated for me and found another lender who understood the assignment. I closed on my home March 8th ( my birthday month) She negotiated 10,000 in concession money to assist with my closing cost. I'm forever grateful for her hard work and dedication.
