As a Residential Mortgage Lender of 17 years, I work with a lot of Residential Realtors. Bev stands high on my list of respected people who wear the badge of Realtor. She is thorough, detail oriented, a great negotiator, but is also nice to work with. She is kind, and tenacious. And she has a ton of personal real estate experience that makes her approach one that you can't just learn in real estate school. Bev was really personable, easy to communicate with, hardworking, in the buyer's corner all the way, had impeccable ethics, and really knows her stuff. Our lender was one of the nation's largest but really was messing up the closing. She doggedly worked overtime "crossing all the t's and dotting all the i's." I love my condo and won't ever sell but if I had to, I would not hesitate for a second having Beverly be my agent again.
