I initially chose Bev because of her willingness to come out and look at a home on very short notice! She went over and above for me when she clearly didn?t have to! Beverly Rajnes is a truly wonderful real estate agent. After signing a contract with her last fall, our home went on the market. I think that was a Wednesday. That Sunday, Beverly held an open house in our home, which attracted a number of interested people, and, several days later, we had a buyer and signed a contract immediately for full price! Now let me go back a little to before we signed our contract. Beverly gave us excellent advice on how we could make our home more sale-able. She was always full of good ideas, very energetic, willing to help us with anything we needed done, patient, super kind, friendly, and understanding. She's such a hard worker, and I always felt like we were a team. Then, during the time that we were waiting for our buyer to get their loan, Beverly kept in constant contact with us via both email and phone. She was always on the ball in letting us know where we were in the process while we were waiting for the buyers' loan to get approved and how things stood, and of keeping us apprised of everything--all the way up to our eventual and very smooth closing.
