Beverly Shepard

Originally from Dayton, Ohio, I moved with my family to Fountain Hills, Arizona in 1997 and wondered why I had waited so long. I began my real estate career with RE/MAX in 1999 as the buyer agent for the Erica West Team. From the beginning, my philosophy was to work for “people” not just deals. In 2002 I qualified for and began further education to become an Associate Broker and then became a full-service independent agent in 2003. From 2003 to 2005 I served as the Co/Director, then Director, of Fountain Hills weekly MLS marketing sessions. I was selected by the president of The Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors, to attend their exclusive leadership program in 2004. In 2005 I was honored to serve as Housing Director for hurricane Katrina relief organization, “Fountain Hills Cares.”
I am very grateful for and to my many wonderful clients. Thanks to them I was consistently one of the highest producing agents in our office. I was the 4th highest selling agent in Arizona for RE/MAX in April 2007. Also that year Realtor.com presented me with their “Award of Excellence”. In 2010 my husband Gary and I reluctantly decided join our grown daughters in beautiful Colorado, and I became a licensed Colorado Realtor. It was wonderful to be there for the birth of our grandchildren, and to explore that beautiful state, but we found no place that quite compared to Fountain Hills, Arizona. When the opportunity arose, my husband and I were very happy to return to what we call our “happy place".
