She has always been interested in real estate, attending open houses and perusing recent home sales in the local newspaper long before she ever earned her license. After moving to California and settling into Marin County with her family in 1996, Beverly’s interest only grew, and she became a licensed agent in 2002. Guiding with her property value, negotiation, and marketing expertise, she creates custom strategies to meet her clients’ unique needs and is steadfastly committed to making each transaction as seamless as possible.

Beverly balances her busy career with hiking, gardening, reading, tennis, and socializing with everyone from friends and family to clients and colleagues. She’s just as passionate about giving back to her community, volunteering for Rotary International, where she served as president of her club in 2015 and 2016 and continues to be an active member.
