About Beverly

Born and raised in Stanly and Union Counties to parents who were educators and highly respected throughout the community that taught me to value not only my family, but my community and to have a passion of helping others, to invest in others and their surroundings.

I’m a graduate of Wingate University with a degree in Business Management with minors in Finance and Communications. I spent time in the corporate industry in Human Resources and later in order to be closer to my family and to interact more with families and be involved in my community, I was a Director of a Preschool, After school and Summer Camp programs of 100+ children.

For 20-plus years I have had the desire to pursue Real Estate helping others find their Happy Place! But I chose to put that aside due to my parent’s health declining I took on the most rewarding and honorable job there is and became a full-time caregiver. With their passing and with the encouragement of my family to “Go for It” decided to begin a new journey in Real Estate.

I’m passionate about people, families and their communities. My intimate knowledge of this region, and my experiences of having lived here all my life, has given me the enthusiasm and a desire to make my home, your home. I can’t wait to help with your home buying and selling needs. My husband and I have 3 amazing children. A son and beautiful daughter-in-law living in the Raleigh area, A daughter and awesome son-in-law living in Monroe, NC with our 3 beautiful grandchildren. And our baby – a daughter who is in nursing school at UNC-Chapel Hill. Go HEELS! When I’m not spending time chasing my Grands, being involved in the community or with friends, you will find me at our “other” home in North Myrtle Beach, where we enjoy shagging, listening to a good band and of course sitting by the sea.
