Beverly Totty is a down to earth, friendly Local real estate broker who never meets a stranger, and this is why much of her business is satisfied customer referrals. Real estate has been the profession of choice for Beverly for 25 years. She believes that real estate is an industry built 100% on relationships. She represents all phases in real estate: selling, buying, building, and renting homes in all of Tennessee and Louisiana. Focusing on the Middle TN area with direct roots in Williamson County, she specializes in residential, new construction, commercial, land, and development.

Beverly was raised in south Louisiana where she and her family operated a commercial diving company in the Gulf of Mexico. She is involved in land and lake properties there but has called Tennessee home for 32 + years.

Celebrating 28 years of marriage, Beverly and Walt Totty have been building homes in Middle TN area for 28 years. They have wonderful children Kayci, Kayci’s husband John, and William. The family enjoys horseback riding, boating, and traveling.

Beverly has been active in her community by serving as Fairview Mayor and in the Fairview Chamber of Commerce, Williamson County Chamber, Fairview Action Partnership, Community Housing Partnership Williamson County, and YMCA.
