Beverly Tribuiani is a REALTOR® who takes her time with her clients to ensure all their questions are answered and all their needs are met. She brings twelve years of experience in this industry from both the lending and the sale side. Previously a mortgage lender, her knowledge of lending practices and qualifying buyers for mortgage loans gives her clients a bonus of knowledge and experience. She received her Bachelor's degree in English with an emphasis in American Literature from Cal State Hayward, located in the Bay Area, where she grew up. Before entering the mortgage lending and real estate industry, she was a high school business teacher in Belmont, CA, for six years. Her love of kids drew her to start her own custom apparel company GUTSEE INK, which advocates empowering kids and teens. She also has a great love of houses and architecture and has remodeled many homes. She has extensive knowledge of design, reconstruction, and textures, along with city and building codes. When it comes to buying or selling a home, her priority is connecting with people, educating and guiding her clients through one of the most important decisions of their life, and giving them a positive home buying/selling experience they can't wait to share with others.
Beverly is Argentinian & Italian and speaks fluent Spanish. Her parents moved to the United States from Rosario, Argentina, in the 60s, and because they did not talk about the language, she and her brother and sisters often had to translate for them when they were kids. Because of this, Beverly enjoys helping people of all cultures through the home buying & selling process and shows endless patience, understanding, and respect for their culture and customs.
In her free time, Beverly loves to spend time with her two adult daughters and her grandson, family, and friends; going to the movies, boogie boarding on the beaches of San Diego, outside dining, concerts, living a healthy lifestyle, visiting places she's never been and being a part of anything that makes her laugh. She is also an avid reader and is always reading two books simultaneously; one on running a successful business and the other on self-development. Her father taught her the key to life was making sure to belly-laugh at least once every day. Her mother taught her to always have faith, be grateful, and continue moving forward no matter what life throws her. She lives by both these mantras.
