About Beverly

Why Beverly Got into Real Estate

Over several years Beverly found herself helping numerous friends and family find homes, find agents, find great mortgages, and make sure they got good deals and good service. She was always referring them to good painters, handymen, gardeners and plumbers. Inevitably, they would always say to her, "you should do this for a living because you're so good at it." After a short stint as an assistant for another agent, Beverly was having so much fun that she decided to do it full time!

Beverly’s Background

Beverly has lived on the Eastside for 40 years. She went to high school in Bellevue and majored in Sociology at the University of Washington. Initially, she worked in escrow with Chicago Title. However, Beverly missed the daily interaction with customers and returned to retail, helping customers fulfill their dreams with fine jewelry until she decided to help a friend and agent with her business. During that time, she found out how much she enjoyed helping people find a place they could call home. She was hooked.
