Bharti Malkani

A life-long New Yorker with an extensive background in business, Bharti brings to bear considerable expertise for her clients who are seeking to buy, sell or rent properties in New York City. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania who began her career as a professional in the field of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications representing small-cap, publicly-traded technology companies to Wall Street investors. Bharti is a serial entrepreneur and has established and managed small businesses in disparate industries. She supports other entrepreneurs as an angel investor in several women-led start-ups and through private equity investments.

Over the years Bharti has bought and sold multiple residential properties in Manhattan, Queens and Long Island and has also had experience navigating New York's commercial real estate market for her businesses. Notably, she has served on the Board of the luxury co-op in which she resides. As a licensed New York real estate agent and REBNY member, she loves nothing more than identifying the best opportunities and negotiating the best deals possible for her clients.
