Bhavna helped me sell my house quick and efficiently. This was my first home and have never been through a selling process. She was always quick to respond with answers to any questions I had(and I had a lot). I interviewed three realtors before choosing bhavna as our selling agent. She was much more professional than the others and had a whole presentation of the selling process and timeline to execute. She thinks of every detail for marketing and making our home presentable for open house. It was stressful showing and selling our home while living in the house with young kids and a crazy work schedule but bhavna made it easy. Bhavna helped me successfully bid and win to buy our home here mid-March 2022. If you know, this market is crazy right now, and it's really hard to get a home in the price point you feel comfortable with in Orange County, let alone anywhere in Southern California. She truly represented me in the process and looked out for my best interests throughout the transaction process- and I cannot reiterate how important that is in the home purchase process. She was incredibly patient with me and also would qualm many of my worries and questions. Buying a home can be confusing and stressful- and Bhavna has such a calm and collected demeanor that it helped me feel at ease at moments I was just overall worried. After seeing homes, she was great with all my cell phone text/ phone call questions throughout the process.

During offers/escrows- being I come from being a stickler for contract review- she was very thorough from that perspective and was proactive on explaining to me on what documentation to expect and what to review. When it came to inspection vendor and lender- she was flexible to my preferred vendors and was again courteous and professional with both and kept all in the loop.
In home searching she would advise what she was aware of the property and surrounding area, and would advise strategy on offer letter approaches that would make me stand out. Add, at any of the showing appointments she was also often there early scoping out the property and surrounding areas to share notes with me. I also noticed she knows all the established realtors and brokers.

I happily recommend her to anyone looking for a home and would would work with her again to for selling/purchasing/renting. I'm happy to share my experiences for anyone with further questions. THANK YOU BHAVNA!!

I switched to Bhavna in the middle of my home search and she quickly created searches that met my criteria, sent homes that met my criteria and made herself available to show me homes in multiple cities. The market is very competitive right now, but she moved very quickly when it came to providing showing, writing an offer and providing valuable insights on what it would take to close the transaction. Once we were in escrow, she was always there to provide guidance and perspective on direction. I have bought 8 homes and believe that my first transaction with Bhavna was my smoothest transaction. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home as she will work hard for her clients and ensure that their best interest is always first.

Bhavna took on the challenge of finding us our home in the crazy competitive market of Los Angeles. Even though her home base is in Orange County she was able to provide insight into LA neighborhoods and guide us through the process of buying our first home. Bhavna was our agent when we bought our first home in Woodbridge in 2002. She correctly priced the offer, which was accepted.
Over the years, we saw her often walking in the neighborhood so she was well aware of the pricing and home conditions.
When we decided to sell our Woodbridge home, she prepped us well and helped us make sure the house was in top shape. She arranged for the photographers who did a fabulous job both in still photos and video, which included a drone video over our neighborhood. We received numerous offers above the asking price. She guided us successfully to the close of escrow.
She was also our agent for buying a new home in Irvine. She waited patiently for the two years it took us to finally make a decision, which we did after seeing more than 100 homes. It was Bhavna who helped us get a $10,000 credit. We are now in our new home.
My wife and I highly recommend Bhavna.
