Bhima Sheridan

People often enter real estate from disparate professions, bringing with them highly-developed skills that will inform and strengthen their real estate careers. Berkeley-based agent Bhima Sheridan is one such person. A graduate of the College of Chemistry at UC Berkeley, Bhima enjoyed a ten-year career as an engineering manager in the solar photovoltaic industry where he solidified the project management, organizational, and people skills he now brings to his real estate business.

While he comes from a scientific background, Bhima also boasts an impressive real estate resume. He currently holds a realtor’s license, and for 15 years he has been involved as an investor and landlord, personally designing, permitting, and project managing major renovations of his own homes. In fact, it was successfully remodeling a Berkeley duplex that convinced Bhima to pursue a career in real estate.

Cut to the present and Bhima has arrived at a place where his two careers have intersected. From working with designers, engineers, and other agents to speaking intelligently about the many details of a house to helping investors navigate the intricacies of buying and managing properties, Bhima leverages his all his career experiences, technical knowledge, and tenacity to help his clients find their dream home and reach their financial goals.

Working with a “Knowledge Is Power” philosophy, Bhima feels it is his mission to make sure his clients are fully educated on all parts of the real estate process so they can work from a place of informed intelligence. He also has a National Association of Realtors® Green designation, making him something of an expert in eco-conscious housing, energy efficiency, and sustainability.
