Our experience with Biana Arentz was absolutely amazing. Although we have been on the Eastern shore for 40 years , we were first time home sellers and chose Biana as our agent due to her reputation and success selling homes on the Eastern Shore. She is extremely familiar with the housing market and did a very thorough job navigating us through the process.

Our house took a little longer to sell due to general market conditions, and rising interest rates but Biana constantly went the extra mile through advertising and open houses to be sure our home received a steady flow of viewings and ultimately a new family for our home.

Selling a home is a very stressful process but Biana’s patience, guidance, and optimism were invaluable. We are very grateful to have had such an experienced agent and friend on our side. We will absolutely use her again for our next real estate transaction and highly encourage others to do the same.

It is a huge financial decision when selling and or buying a home. Choosing the right realtor makes all the difference. I have known Biana for several years as I had a property in a Trust that had to be sold and she handled every situation during the process with such confidence and always gave me reassurance that the property would be sold and as always she was correct. Recently I made the decision to downsize and there was no question as to the person I wanted to work with, that being Biana Arentz. We discussed the pro's and con's and I decided that it was the right decision for me to downsize. She not only sold my house, but found me the house that was right for me. She made it possible for me to sell my house one day and the next day purchase my new home. I am forever grateful for her expertise, personal touch and always being available to address any concerns, but most important of all is the friendship that developed.
