My life as a real estate agent is built on the foundation of core values and traits such as hard work, trustworthiness, follow-through, self-motivation and determination that has been ingrained in me since my youth. From becoming a 3-time Junior Olympic State Champion in Indiana to earning my MBA followed by getting my real estate license from Tucker School of Real Estate, all show how I have never shied away from challenges and hard work. My journey into real estate began in 2014 after working for a travel company for several years managing a challenging portfolio of approximately 300 clients in the USA and the Caribbean. I learned very well how to handle difficult situations, problem solve, negotiate and multitask - I was ready to conquer my next challenge. I have grown a real estate portfolio of clients who have graciously given me great reviews and referrals over and over again.
I have ranked as a top-selling agent at Harp Realty for over 5 years and have been successfully helping clients sell and purchase properties throughout Indiana. I’m proud of what I have achieved thus far and the many clients I have helped find a home. Outside of work, I love learning about different cultures while traveling with family and friends. I enjoy trying new food, activities and adventures. A few of my favorite vacation spots have been Hawaii, Saint Lucia, Paris, Italy and Switzerland. I also enjoy giving back to causes that are close to my heart which includes volunteering and supporting Dunk MS, founded by my talented UCLA graduate and nephew, Blake Arnet. This annual fundraiser is in honor of his mother and my sister Brigitte DeRouen. To my clients, family and friends, thank you for your support! I could not do this without you.
