Bianca is extremely knowledgeable about the Jefferson County and Kentuckianna (Kentucky-Indiana) markets, and real estate, in general. She is from Jefferson County, so she has extensive knowledge on the land, air quality, businesses, zoning and laws. She will take you through each neighborhood and community and share extensive information on each. She also has excellent contacts in the community, as she has worked and lived there for most or all of her life. She writes detailed contracts and is very timely and quick when submitting them which is important because many people are vying for the same property in this market. Her knowledge and contacts are impeccable. She will refer you to her trusted sources in mortgage lending, appraisals, and inspections. She is an expert, and at the top of her profession. She can tell you about restaurants, schools, banks, nonprofit and for-profit organizations in the community. This is critical if you desire information about your perspective community. She can also direct you to information about flood zones and how to acquire insurance, if you are interested. Ms. Goodlet is also non-biased and works for YOU, her client, which is important when searching for a real estate professional who provides you with all the information that you need, while allowing you to decide which neighborhood and community are best for you. In short, she is an expert at the top of her profession; is very knowledgeable and ethical. I highly recommend her. She is a one-stop "shop", A-1, first class professional!
