Bianca Herrera is a seasoned real estate professional with over two decades in the real estate field. She moved to the Peach State from Richmond, Virginia in 1999. In 2003, she began working as a Loan Processor for a locally owned mortgage company. As part of the financial process, she maintained a close rapport and open communication with the future homeowners (borrowers) and their agents ensuring a smooth closing process. Due to the constant client / agent interactions she was able to gain valuable insight into the real estate world and soon discovered a new-found passion for real estate. A year later, in 2004, Bianca switched roles and became a licensed REALTOR® helping both future and present homeowners achieve their desired real estate goals!
