Bianca Rzeslawski

Born and raised in San Diego in a “Real Estate Family,” Bianca Rzeslawski began her career in 2006, straight out of high school, and has since devoted her life to serving San Diego residents as a Realtor and Property Manager. As Founder of 24k Property Management, she’s worked alongside homeowners managing their investments and assisting buyers and sellers throughout the sales process.

As your Realtor, Bianca will be an advocate for you. Whether you are buying, selling or renting, she will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. If you are selling, she will work with you to get you the fairest price, in the least amount of time, by using the best marketing techniques, team collaboration and her experience in the area to properly price your home. If you are buying, she will work hard to provide you with the best information and market data to inform and assist you so you can be a well-equipped buyer with the strongest possible negotiating position.

Bianca understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. As a full time Realtor, she will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible. Accomplishing this through education of the buying and selling process from the get go, keeping you updated on your transaction, and being available to you when you have any questions.

Bianca graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business in 2012. As a Realtor, Bianca has been a member in numerous professional organizations including The National Association of Realtors (NAR), The California Association of Realtors (CAR), The Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors (PSAR), National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), and is currently a Certified Property Manager Candidate (CPM).
