Real Estate has long been a passion of his. He has renovated many of his own homes as well as participated in the design and construction of several hospitality properties. Helping people with real estate is a collaborative effort that requires thoughtful communication. By listening to people and hearing their goals, he uses his experience and knowledge in the market to help people fulfill them. With his former career as an executive chef and business development consultant, he has had the good fortune to live in many places in the US, as well as in Europe and Asia. This broad exposure as allows him to see how special Asheville is. Surrounded by abundant nature and outdoor recreation opportunities, Asheville is a smaller city with a food and arts scene that is on par with larger metropolitan areas. These are “quality of life” amenities and are the reasons that he has made Asheville his home.
