Bill Arseneau

I started my Real Estate career in 1976, obtained my Brokers license in 1979 and managed a large Real Estate office from 1979-2011. I left management and in 2012 I went back to helping sellers and buyers. I bring 33 years of problem solving and working with numerous personalities to the table along with marketing and negotiation skills to better assist my clients with their goals. I mix old school communication skills with the technology of today to keep my clients up to date on the many details of complex transactions, whether they are buying or selling. I previously lived in Coto de Caza almost 20 years and have lived and specialized in San Juan Capistrano since 2004.
