After 26 years in the Navy Reserves and working in the corporate world for 25 years, Bill decided to retire and become his own boss and share his extensive real estate knowledge with others. He obtained his Florida Real Estate license in 1996 and his broker's license a year later.
In 2006, Bill moved to the Blue Ridge Mountains and became a licensed broker in Georgia, Tennessee, and North Carolina to add to his list of accomplishments.
