Bill has more than 20 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker. Specializing in all real estate needs from luxury waterfront estates to commercial properties, Bill is known for his passion for marketing luxury homes, new developments, and proposed projects.

Bill knows the ins and outs of the local market better than anyone. In fact, Bill’s family has lived in Delray Beach since the 1930s. He knew Old School Square before it was a landmark entertainment & cultural center – when it was still a school!

Deeply involved in the area, Bill has served on the City Commission, the Historic Preservation Board, and was Deputy Vice-Mayor of Delray Beach.
