I base my business on being an honest, honorable, trustworthy person, who will always look out for your best interests.
I have 30+ years of experience as a full time agent with Long and Foster in Waldorf, MD., and have lived in the D.C. area my entire life. (Except for my time in the U.S. Army)
I primarily work in Charles, St. Mary's, Calvert, and the southern half of Prince George's County, though I have also done transactions in Anne Arundel, Montgomery, and Howard Counties.

(Your direct competition) We will then set a time to meet, walk through your home, and sit down to go over everything. I will also, based on my background in construction, give you advice as to what, if any, cost effective updates/improvements you should make prior to putting your home on the market. Based on the market analysis and the condition of your home, I will give you my suggestion as to a listing price to get your home sold. Ultimately the actual list price is your decision. One thing I can assure you of, I will always tell you what you NEED to hear, as opposed to what you may WANT to hear, so that you can make the best possible decision for yourself and your family based on the facts of the market. Not only will your home get local exposure, it will also get international exposure, as D.C. metro area housing is desired around the globe.
If you are considering buying a home, we will meet and go over what you are looking for, as well as going over what you need to do to be fully prepared to make an offer once we find your ideal home. Once you find the perfect home, we will discuss and prepare your offer, making sure that every needed addendum is included so that you are fully protected throughout the home-buying process.
I am OCD about the Contract, and will make sure that, whether selling or buying, you will never find yourself being 'stuck' on anything. Either things go exactly as you want them to, or you will be able to get out of the Contract without any penalty.
Any agent can list your home for sale, and any agent can help you find a home to buy, that is not what matters. What matters is having an agent who knows the business inside and out, and can provide you with solid advice as you make your decisions. An agent who knows how to negotiate to get you the best possible deal/outcome.
