I don't think words can really express how happy Bill made me. He was my Realtor when I originally purchased my home ten years ago. He was so awesome then that I hired him again to help me sell it now. From beginning to end, Bill was extremely professional and listened to my needs and desires. His word to me was always golden. I recall as I started working with him many years ago (he now said he has 30 years of experience in the industry), he presented the numbers to me immediately. He did the same this go-around as he helped me sell the house as well. He gives the exact numbers to us as a Buyer or Seller of the costs in detail, right away! And he was right on as well. We listed the house for what he thought was a fair price and low and behold we got an offer right away. Bill made it SO EASY! He is beyond reliable, caring (very much so), and he even went the extra mile to help me after I LOST my keys in the middle of clearing out my house (while it was in contract). It was awful! But Bill offered to drive me around to help me retrieve spare keys from friends and he listened to me and offered support as I felt to go crazy and was kind of freaking out. He stayed calm like iron! Some of us women need that! He should get a second degree as a Psychologist, in my opinion after all the help he was to me! He took at least two hours out of his day to help with my key issue. He is an amazing caring and strong person in my opinion with the patience of a Saint and a very gentle disposition (which always made me feel really calm when I needed it!). I am not meaning to sound corny, but a few times I lost it so bad with the stress of clearing the house out after ten years (!) AND having to deal with unreliable contractors then had to do the rest of all myself, Bill helped walk me through it. I really lost it a few times yet Bill was always there to hear my concerns and help reassure me (even in the midst of all of his other clients). I see him as an amazing Realtor but a truly amazing person as well. I would say if you hire Bill, you will NOT be disappointed AT ALL! He sure was a sincere blessing to me! Thank you, Bill!
