WHEN IT COMES TO THE NEGOTIATING PROCESS, he knows exactly how to conduct business so that all parties involved are treated with fairness, respect and dignity. Not only is Bill a great negotiator but, he is very highly connected to the community and available resources, which, when having to move, it helps in making the process completely streamlined and stress free!! Bill Buffington, is the best broker that we have ever worked with! We highly recommend Bill. He is very pleasant, personable, easy to talk with and the minute we met him we knew he was a true gentleman and someone we could trust with our transaction.
