Bill Cox

Bill, the older of the two brothers, graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 1988 and remained in Austin collaborating with policymakers and state agencies to find common ground creating win-win solutions. He returned to McKinney in 1993 to begin collaborating with his father. Strongly dedicated to community service like his father, Bill has served as a City of McKinney Mayor, Council Member at Large, Mayor Pro-Tem, Chairman of McKinney's Planning and Zoning Commission, and Chairman of the McKinney Chamber of Commerce. He is past President of the Rotary Club of McKinney and serves on the Foundation Board of Trustees of Collin County Community College. He is an active member of the First United Methodist Church. He is married and has two children.
