Bill Coyne

Bill has lived in the Erie area all his life and has an essential understanding of this region and its historic neighborhoods. He enjoys all that Erie County has to offer and spends his summers boating and winters skiing with family and friends. Bill began his career in home construction over 35 years ago and for the last 15+ years has specialized in residential and commercial real estate. He is uniquely qualified to offer both a Realtor’s® and the contractor’s perspective on your home or business property.

Bill is ABR, SFR and SRS certified and has a vast professional network including the Greater Erie Board of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, Kelso Beach Property Association and Lakewood Property Management Association. He also is a member of the Presque Isle Yacht Club and the Moose Club.

Bill loves to meet new people and help them achieve their goals. When he isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and his two adult children.
