Bill Cullin represented my husband and I in our home purchase in Rehoboth Beach. We highly recommend him. We first met Bill 6 years ago as we were contemplating relocating to Delaware. We took our time and Bill stuck with us for all those years. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Sussex County market, which proved to be essential as the market became very competitive. He was always very responsive and was available on short notice when a new home we wanted to see hit the market. In today’s market it is so important to have an agent that has knowledge and experience to give you an advantage as a buyer and Bill definitely provided us those qualities.

I have not written many reviews before for anything, but I was so impressed with the service Bill Cullin recently provided in helping my wife and me purchase a home, I felt compelled to share this information so that others could benefit from his expertise.

Because I was not that familiar with Rehoboth Beach, DE, but for various reasons found myself wanting to purchase a home there, I wanted to work with someone who knew the market. After reading many real estate agent reviews, I decided that Bill Cullin fit that description. The reviews could not have been more correct. Bill knew the history of the area, knew sales history, knew rental history, knew many of the actual homes we ended up looking at because he had seen them on the market years before. We could not have been more pleased with the knowledge that Bill had. Even more importantly, when I asked Bill a question about something he didn't know, he didn't make something up or bluff through it. He simply responded, "I don't know the answer to that. Let me dig into it and get back to you." And then within a day at most, he had a complete, professional answer for us. I can't state strongly enough how important it was for us to work with someone whom we could trust like that.

Bill was extremely timely in providing us information - his response time in returning calls or texts was often within minutes and never more than a few hours. We were located out of state, and it made the process so much easier to have someone on the ground in Rehoboth researching things for us and getting back to us quickly.

During the time we were looking for a home, there was very limited inventory available. When something did become available to look at, not once did Bill apply pressure on us to make an offer or accept something that didn’t meet our objectives. From the beginning of the process through the end (and even after), Bill’s words and actions made it clear that he wanted us to be happy with the outcome, and he was willing to work with us for as long as it took to find and close on the house that was right for us.

I appreciated very much the ability Bill had to communicate with the seller’s real estate agent. He treated the other agent with respect and kindness but was also firm in the things that were important to us. He helped us negotiate a fair market price for the house and was able to help us navigate and negotiate the inspection report findings. Bill knew what was fair to ask for and how to ask for it. I always had the impression that Bill was working in good faith with everyone involved.

And maybe just as important to me and my wife: Bill was a pleasure to work with. He was so kind to us, and we consider him a friend. When you spend that much time with a new person in your life, and often under some stressful conditions, it is wonderful to be with a kind and thoughtful person.

I recommend Bill Cullin’s service to anyone who is selling or buying a home. You will understand why someone like me took the time to write this review.

Looking for an agent, Bill is the best hands down! Very patient, works hard on your behalf, provides a tremendous amount of advice to help you a long the process. He was invaluable selling our lot, and assisting in our purchase our Beach house can't recommend him enough!

Bill was great!! We stopped by his office in the summer of 2019 and told him we would like to find a home by next summer in Delaware somewhere by the water. That would also give us time to prepare our home in Maryland for sale. He hooked us up with several web sights that would automatically send us the newest listings of the particular home we were looking for. By Jan 31st 2020 we had a contract on our dream home near the water in Delaware. Bill helped every step of the way with great local recommendations for home inspectors and mortgage loan companies. All who were great dealing with. Bill, thanks again so much for your help getting us in our dream home by the water!!

We have bought and sold many homes and experienced many realtor's, but Bill Cullen is without question the best realtor who has ever supported us. He supported us 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. He made our transition to our new home extremely easy by helping us with builder issues, utility concerns, local recommendations, and most importantly, advising of the numerous communities of our selected retirement location. Even after we closed he volunteered to meet the builder to see that the repairs that were needed were complete. He is pillar of caring leadership within the greater community and he will always be our friend. We would recommend him to anyone moving into the area.

My husband met Bill at an open house and asked a few questions and voila' we had a realtor. We had been sporadically looking in the Rehoboth area on our own for about a year. We want to retire to this area but really had no idea what exactly we were looking for. Bill was informative, responsive, and knowledgeable. If there was ever a question, he found the answer and the solution. So after four months we hit pay dirt and we closed on our future residence last week. Throughout the negotiations and the transaction, Bill remained cheerful and positive. We unreservedly recommend him for any and all real estate transactions.
