Bill Dean

Bill Dean serves as the Managing Broker of Water Pointe Realty Group and is one of the Broker/Owners of the company. In that capacity, Bill has oversight responsibility for all daily business operations of the company including the management of agents and staff, office, financial, accounting, and marketing. While the other Broker/Owner principals of the leadership team contribute in various supporting roles to the mission and strategic goals of the company, Bill is the primary operations leadership resource for Water Pointe Realty Group.

Bill’s 35-year career of education, experience, and accomplishments all support and enhance his role as Managing Broker of the company. A graduate of Georgetown University, Bill spent the first three years of his career as a licensed CPA with the accounting firm of Price Waterhouse. Subsequent real estate industry experience includes serving as Vice President of real estate syndication at Pioneer Western Properties, and Regional Vice President of Radnor Corporation, the real estate development subsidiary of Sun Oil Company (Sunoco) where Bill successfully managed a portfolio of 45 active residential and commercial development projects totaling approximately $250 million in assets.
