Bill is a caring and compassionate man, I have had such a great experience working with him. I reached out looking for help in finding desirable housing from across the country. I am moving to Seattle, WA from Brooklyn, NY and Bill really made the whole process so much easier and very enjoyable. He really goes above and beyond, I will definitely continue working with him. Even beyond going out of his way and taking on responsibilities outside of his normal parameters, Bill really helped to make my first experience in Seattle welcoming, fun and informative.

I have worked with Bill Deatry for many years. He is the most honest hardworking man I’ve met.
The minute you meet him you will know what I’m talking about. He will open up your eyes to things you haven’t even thought about.
Bill has a lot of construction management under his belt and at the same time he has a unique ability to leverage that when negotiating on your behalf.
