We hired Lori Durling to sell our mothers home after mom's passing. She was wonderful, compassionate, easy to work with. She was very knowledgeable and was very easy to contact and kept us updated along our process. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sale or buy a home. if we ever decide to sale our home we will definitely hire her to help us do so. We could not imagine working with anyone other than Lori.

When my brother and I lost our mom in 2020 it took us roughly a year to make the hard decision to sell her home. By God's grace we found Lori Durling. How difficult is it to trust someone with such a delicate task as this.... it was as though we had known her for lifetime's.
She helped us every step of the way with a gentle hand, a kind heart and a professionalism that led us to the buyer we had prayed for. Our family is forever grateful.
Truly God is doing a good work in Durling Real Estate.
As we look to the future and our next "endeavor" I know the Durling's will always be our only choice.

Lori was so awesome to work with. We ended up with more than we were expecting thanks to Lori being attentive to our needs/wants. She was always so available for any questions we had. And continues to be there for us after closing on our home. Lori and bill have become more than just our realtors. We consider them friends. They even came to our baby’s birthday party this year and were such good sports playing with the kids!

My husband and I have enjoyed working with our agent, Bill Durling. In addition to being diligent, he was genuine and warm. Definitely a people person. As a home buyer from out of state, we were not familiar with many things in this region. He listened to our needs and helped us navigate the whole process of finding and purchasing the current house of ours. We are happy with our choice. He was always prompt and very helpful in getting answers to any of our questions during and even after the whole process. We worked mostly with Bill but we did meet Lori briefly who seemed very knowledgeable and nice as well!
Bill was great to work with and helped us with buying a house in Eugene in this crazy housing market during the COVID pandemic. He was very responsive anytime we needed him. This was our first home purchasing experience and he kept that in mind and looked out for us which we appreciated. He has great relationships with other professionals in town and we couldn't have asked for a better realtor.

Lori and Bill represented us in a sale and purchase within the past two months. They brought a thoughtful and data-driven process to the negotiations that allowed us to realize the transactions we had been praying for. As issues arose (as they always do), they calmly addressed each in turn all while managing our emotions. The relationships that they have in the "community" of professionals provided a timely inspection and repair calendar.
