Attesting to his expertise, Etheredge is Chairman of the City of Texas City Housing Corporation, the City of Texas City Housing Finance Corporation, and the Texas City CDBG Block Grant Program. Additionally, Bill Etheredge is also the Vice President of the Galveston County Housing Finance Corporation.
