Bill has been a widely respected member of the Real Estate industry since 2011. Bill’s real estate career includes considerable experience in sales and marketing as a builder and Seller of residential properties throughout the area. As a Professional Realtor specializing in Residential Real Estate, Bill brings dedication, commitment, honesty, fairness, energy and creativity along with problem solving and excellent negotiating skills.

Bill, a former NYC Fire Department Officer is married to his High School Sweetheart for over 40 years. Together they have 3 grown children and several active grandchildren. He attended the College of Staten Island where he studied Business. Bill has a desire for continued growth with an investment in lifelong learning by eagerly diving into learning new skills which allows him to serve his clients as they should be. As an active member in the community, Bill participates in Red Day (Give where you Live) and is a member in the Local, State and National Association of Realtors as well as Our Lady Queen of Peace Church.
