Bill is great at every part of his job. He an expert at value and negotiation and saved us thousands of dollars. He had helpful inspectors and contractors that he recommended. He made a stressful process less so, and more fun. He was always ready to answer questions, give feedback and show property. If Bill is your realtor your are in good hands and you will have fun along the way.

Bill Geldes is hands down the best real estate broker. He is extremely knowledgeable, hands on and highly responsive. He handles his own open houses. If repairs or improvements are needed, he hires contractors and oversees the work. He provides valuable insight and strategies to maximize value with very little time on the market. He helped us get 5 offers in 3 days when selling our Oak Park home, which resulted in netting a much higher price than we thought possible. He found multiple great tenants for an investment property, also with very little time on the market, and helped a family member sell a home which other brokers could not sell.
