Bill Harper is a full-time real estate professional specializing in Washtenaw and Livingston counties. His wife and he have lived in the Pinckney Recreation Area for over 30 years and have raised their three children here. He's had a passion for real estate since he made his first home investment nearly 40 years ago. His skills include market price analysis, real estate brokerage service, contract writing, negotiation, property management, vacation rentals and home renovation.
