I honestly don't know where to start about my experience with the productivity coaching team - They have been an absolute lifesaver during my first year in the business. Without their help, I'm sure I would've struggled and maybe even failed.

While passing the real estate courses and state exam is a nice start, I knew being successful in real estate would be more complicated and I would need guidance to accomplish that goal. I chose Keller Williams because I heard they had the best training and immediately signed up for the Productivity Coaching Program. The additional training is invaluable and covers a variety of topics and situations. When questions arise in the real world, knowing you have someone to reach out to who has an interest in your success is a big stress reliever. I strongly recommend the Productivity Coaching Program to any new agent and for other agents who feel they need to enhance their strategies to further their career goals.
