Bill Kelly

Bill has been licensed as a real estate salesperson and broker for over 40 years. Bill career began with Coldwell Banker’s Brentwood office. In the early 70’s, he chose Malibu as his specialty area and continued to focus on the Westside due to the growing number of beach properties that were owned by clients that span from Beverly Hills to Pacific Palisades. Bill purchased a second home in 1974 on Carbon Beach, when paradise became his permanent residence in 1975.

Over the years, his expertise includes sales and management with Westside companies (Coldwell Banker, Tim Corliss Co., George Elkins Co., and Mike Glickman Co.) he was also instrumental in developing a “Video Home Tour” company for the filming of homes from Malibu to the Westside. In the late 90’s, he decided to “work at home” with Jim Rapf and Jack Pritchett. Bill remains living on Carbon Beach and look forward to assisting you with all your real estate needs.
