We recently sold our home with Bill as our realtor. Bill came to our home and sat down and went over the process and documents patiently with us. Bill was very good at staying in connect with us regarding showings and providing feedback. He came to showings early and then stayed to turn off the lights and lock-up. We found Bill to be very professional in his manner and also knowledgeable about the current market trends. We received an offer 2 days after the listing but didn't move for several months later and Bill stayed in touch during that time. Bill was always timely in sending docs for signatures and helpful as needed. We would love to recommend Bill to anyone selling their home in the Cape Coral area.
