We had a very challenging transaction where Bill represented the buyers. One buyer went on deployment and NO POA was left. Bill quickly assisted in finding a solution and set things in motion to get the transaction closed as quickly as possible. I wish more agents were like Bill. He’s very proactive, communicative, professional, and you can tell he loves what he does.
