After working with several buyers and sellers, and in order to get a more thorough understanding of the business, Bill joined a New England based bank as a mortgage loan officer. Originating mortgages for homebuyers gave greater depth to the entire home buying process. The passion, however, was in the homes and clients themselves.
After meeting his partner in Florida, Bill obtained his Real Estate license in the state of Florida and has become current in today’s Real Estate Laws and Marketing, Bill is currently specializing in residential home sales in the Clearwater/St. Petersburg area of Florida. Presently, he and his partner reside in Belleair. Bill’s main focus is working with high end luxury homeowners in the area and developing an International Network of other Real Estate Professionals.
Bill is continuously seeking additional knowledge in the world of Real Estate and has earned the following designations and certifications from the National Association of Realtors®.
