With great determination and vision, Bill Olsen has been a leader in the real estate industry for over 30 years. His scope of expertise includes everything from Commercial Land, Locating, Zoning Land for Home Builders, and Industrial Land Development. Bill has assembled an entire city (over 10,000 acres). He specializes in land, zoning issues, placing end-users and bringing jobs and tax revenue to appropriate locations.

Bill has brokered and partnered over $1 Billion in transactions, and was one of the masterminds and brokers to the largest land transaction in Arizona’s history. Bill handles all real estate endeavors individually for his clients – his keen eye for detail and ability to assess the property in question as well as its local surroundings, gives his clients the best possible outlook. He has reputable relationships with Fortune 500 companies, private investors and homebuilders. Bill is currently established in three markets: Arizona, northern California, and Texas.

Bill is a native of Arizona and is a proud graduate of ASU, with a Bachelors degree in Business. He is very active within his community and a contributor to many local organizations, such as: American Humane Society, American Cancer Society and Phoenix Youth at Risk.
