Personally, having worked with Appalachian Realty since 1984, I have developed a wide range of expertise ranging from marketing homes, commercial real estate, undeveloped land, and farms. Through the years, I have earned the reputation as being one of the top land and farm specialists in our region.

I have lived in the Asheville area with my wife, Denise, and three children, after graduating in 1975 from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond. My expertise beyond real estate includes historic restoration, building construction, and trout farming. Many of my activities outside of real estate take place in our great outdoor settings and revolves around mountain and road bicycling, running, snowboarding, and hiking.
