Bill has been in the real estate business in South Florida for many successful years beginning with commercial and residential construction and investing in 1997 and then becoming a licensed agent to help others n 2007. The experiences he acquired and the services rendered to many buyers and sellers result in their recommendations to others which translates to repeat and referral business keeping me productive and successful.

Bill attributes his success to his hand-holding ability with customers and his hands-on approach to managing 100% of his own transactions without passing any of the work to an assistant or third party.
