Over the years, Bill built his own companies — BGE Properties, LLC for acquisitions and flips, and Simmons Properties for managing rentals. He’s owned everything from single-family homes to four-plexes and flipped countless properties along the way.
In 2018, as he looked to slow down and simplify life, Bill earned his real estate license and joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ambassador Real Estate, helping others achieve their goals with the knowledge he gained through decades of experience. Licensed in Nebraska and Iowa, Bill specializes in both residential and commercial real estate.
