Bill Smith

Bill is the broker of Record of Southbound Enterprises and co-owner with his wife, Lisa. Bill brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the business that he uses to help his team. Bill has been licensed since 1986, holding licenses in VA, NY, PA, WV, and practices in Ohio through Ohio Cooperative Commercial Real Estate Agreement. Bill has acquired and managed million dollar renovation projects of both commercial, residential, and multi-family properties. Bill has also been a principal in the development of residential subdivisions. He is the Broker of Record and one of the owners of CX-Energy, a real estate company specializing in Oil, Gas, and Mineral rights sales and leasing. Bill enjoys helping clients to invest in real estate and managing those assets for his clients.
