I have worked with Bill as both a buyer's agent and seller's agent.

As a seller's agent, Bill and his team (i.e., stager and photographer) are the absolute best in the business. Bill understands pricing and neighborhood trends. He knows what it takes to get buyers in the door (great professional pictures, not a cell phone quick shot) and what actions sellers can do to maximize their profits (staging to showcase the home's best features).

As a buyer's agent, Bill listens and translates what he hears into properties that fit the buyer's wish list. He knows the area and works hard to come up with potential dream homes. His communication skills are exceptional. His years of experience in real estate are beyond valuable and exceptional for both buyers and sellers.

We did our research and found that Bill and his team were top notch for the Huntsville area. He coordinated with us from Virginia, showing us multiple homes, assisted with inspections, and coordinated with our lender. His knowledge of the area, the good spots, the not so good spots, and which builders to trust are second to none. We found him very timely, professional, and has a winning personality.
