Bill has been a licensed Realtor since 2003 and received his broker’s license in 2006. From 2004 to 2008, Bill managed a franchise real estate brokerage in Spring Hill, FL. He was born in Edison, New Jersey and moved to the Tampa Bay Area in 1972 with his mom, dad, brother and sister. He graduated Seminole High School in 1976. He joined the United States Air Force in 1978 with 10 years of service to our great nation. Bill holds and associates degree in Aviation Maintenance Technologies and business management. Bill has worked for some prestigious companies such as Eastern Airlines, Pan American Airways, ComSat, Menasha Corporation and Lockheed Martin Aeronautics where Bill supervised the F-16 Wing box program. Bill is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors Association and the East Pasco Association of Realtors. From 2004 to 2008, Bill was a Board of Directors member of the Hernando County Association of Realtors serving as Secretary, Treasurer and President-elect.

Bill enjoys flying drones, fishing, hockey, college football and shooting sports. He holds an FAA aircraft airframe and powerplant license, Amateur Ham radio license and a Florida real estate broker’s license.
