Bill Thomas

Bill Thomas grew up coming to Panama City Beach and has lived in the Panhandle for over 45 years. Bill has over 35 years of Marketing and Management experience on the Gulf Coast and 15 years as a Realtor. Bill & his wife Virginia moved permanently to Panama City Beach to be closer to their Children and Grandchildren in 2007 and that is when Bill started his marketing career at Beach Front Condos and Homes on Panama City Beach. In the past 11 years, he has been a top producer & volume leader with over 500 transactions as a buyer’s agent then became a specialist working with Commercial Investors and has assisted multiple Banks and investment groups with the purchase & liquidation of Bulk Projects such as Sterling Breeze, Island Reserve, and Annabella’s Townhomes. Because of the growth of his business and the need for additional agents to assist with marketing, Bill decided to open his own brokerage in 2015 and that was the start of Beach Time Realty, Inc.
