I was in charge of a loved one’s estate after they passed away. After years of getting nowhere I was linked in with Bill. The home was sold at a price that made us all happy in a matter of months. Adding to that, the home had some issues the new buyer wanted addressed but I simply could not put my own money into the home to address these issues. I thought our deal had fallen through but he saved it. Bill was always accessible to me for any questions as well as very communicative about the process to me. I will recommend him any opportunity I have in the future and hopefully maybe get to work with him again eventually.

I have known Mr. Bill Vossos since the early 90's. In 2005 my wife and I started looking for a house to buy and we contacted Bill Vossos. Mr. Vossos must have shown us at least 100 houses at that time, all of which more than exceeded my requirements for the house we wanted to buy. I would always find something that I didn't like about each and every house that Bill would show us. After about five months of refusals, Bill finally asked me what I wanted and I finally confessed that I didn't want a bungalow style house. I told Bill I wanted a quad level. We found our home, used Bill to buy the home in 2006. Every time I needed anything from Bill or his agency, Bill was right there to help without any issues or hesitation. With all that said and done if you ask me, Bill Vossos is one of a kind and the best at what he does. Bill Vossos is a real professional when it comes to work, but he also knows how to make you feel comfortable in any situation that may arise.

Bill Vossos was our realtor from 2015 to 2016. It literally took us 7 or 8 months and countless home viewings to find the home we could be happy with. He was always accessible, returned out phone calls and set up viewing really fast so we didn't miss out on our chance to decide if we wanted to put down an offer.

When we went to sell our home, after finding the house that had everything we desired, he did a good job in taking pictures that brought out the best attributes our home had to offer. We got more money out of the market than we expected and he pushed us (in a good way) to ask for more because he knew what we could get out of the market. When it came time to work out offers and counter offers, he was in our corner and stood firm when the buyers kept trying to get everything their inspector said needed to be fixed or upgraded. We took care of important things, but he did not let them take advantage of what their inspector recommended. We sold our house in about 7 days which made closing on our current home go smoothly.

Bill will work hard for you, whether you are a first time buyer, or someone who is looking to sell and buy.
