Bill Weinzierl

Bill has been involved in real estate since 1976 when he first purchased approximately 25 acres of investment property in two parcels in Washington State. Since that time he has purchased and/or sold over a dozen residential, commercial, and investment properties in four States for his personal portfolio. Currently Bill owns four residential properties, a commercial business property, and raw investment acreage. He has been a Realtor® in Madison County since 1994 and is able to share the expertise accumulated over the past three decades living in the greater Madison, Limestone, and Morgan metropolitan area. Bill has earned his Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), GREEN, and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) certifications.

Additionally, having lived 10 years overseas in the Far East, Bill not only understands the needs of those families relocating to northern Alabama, but also has the ability to work comfortably with builder, developer, investment, commercial, and foreign clients.
